Location

Peacefulness, refinement, friendliness and discretion await you at a few minutes’ distance from Bergamo. Our house is set in green countryside, without traces of noise or light pollution. Only a few more farmhouses from the XVI century are scattered around it at a distance of at least one kilometre: the gaze is then free to wander all around on the first expanses of the Padana Plain, as well as to the skyline of the Orobic Alps.

Building

It is a big comfortable farmhouse of the late XIX century recently renovated, built in the local architectural style, with an interior courtyard and a garden full of plants and flowers of the surrounding countryside. The building is distinguished by unique beautiful features. We have decided to convert part of this house into a top-quality B&B; we don’t claim to offer things that are uncommon or hard to find. Peacefulness and simpleness in a refined and elegant setting, the careful decoration of our rooms, the availability of proper spaces, cleanliness and order have concurred to create a special B&B. You can relax in this peaceful place in close contact with nature, in utmost privacy or, if you feel like it, in the company of other guests or the family. All this is possible thanks to the wide spaces available. We take care of our guests in friendly natural way, so that Cascina Brasile may become your home away from home with all comforts for a few days.

Rooms

Cascina Brasile offers three wide tastefully furnished rooms. All the rooms can accommodate two or more people. They are carefully decorated and furnished with period pieces, equipped with minibar, plasma tv screen, air conditioning and private bathroom with towels, hairdryer and bathroom products. They stand out from typical hotel architecture, being very spacious. The rich buffet breakfast can be had in the garden, in the comfortable room with a fireplace or in the old hayloft.

Park/Garden

The farmhouse is steeped in the Bergamask countryside and is surrounded by a vast carefully tended garden where red geraniums stand out in the deep green of the lawn.

How to get there

With public transport.: from Bergamo bus station take a bus from platform no 13.
With private car: from Milan or Brescia, on A4 motorway exit at Seriate and drive along the ring road in the direction of Brescia-Cremona. Take highway SS498 and subsequently SS573 after the village of Cavernago. You will find an industrial estate (called Il Triangolo) with buildings on your right. Drive on for another 500-700 m and to your right you will see a small chapel with the signpost to Cascina Brasile.
